More sustainable solutions for customers
Lindström’s experts are working tirelessly to improve and find more sustainable solutions for its customers. The new and improved ECO Design Mats yarn is made entirely out of recyclable PET bottles.
In Strategy 2025, Lindström states that it aims to develop its offering to be more sustainable. This is done, for instance, by looking for more ecological raw materials to utilize. A major step has now been taken in the production of ECO Design Mats.
“I’m glad to introduce to all the updated ECO Design Mats that now has its yarn made of 100 % of PET bottles. Now our customers utilizing the mats can be assured that their choice of floor covering is as ecological as it gets,” rejoices Marleena Luukka, Service Owner for Mats.
Long-lasting mats with high standards
“Our supplier has done remarkable good work when being able to develop the product further without jeopardizing the quality. We have high-quality standards and it is important that the product has a long lifecycle and performs well for years in our service. The mats have vibrant color options to get creative with and look great while keeping floors cleaner.” states Marleena.
