Updated 08.12.2022 – The sale of Lindström Group´s business operations in Belarus was completed on December 8th, 2022, and the group no longer has business in the country.
Lindström has completed negotiations on the divestment of its operations in Belarus in accordance with what was published earlier this spring and signed an agreement on local management buy-out. The transaction is estimated to be closed within the next two months.
With this transaction, Lindström ends all its local operations in Belarus and transfers all its responsibilities including employees, customers, suppliers, legal and regulatory to the new owners.
Lindström Group has been operating in Belarus since 2010. In Belarus, the Group has one service center in Minsk and approximately 20 employees. In August 2022, Lindström announced that it had also completed negotiations on the sale of its Russian business operations.
