Selina Justén joins Lindström Group Management Team as SVP, Human Resources
Selina Justén has been appointed Senior Vice President, responsible for Human Resources, and a member of the Group Management Team as of 18th August 2021. She has been employed by the Lindström group as Vice President, Human Resources since September 2019, and is now returning from her parental leave in August 2021.
“Our people are the most valuable asset we have, and we want to see every employee shine. In her previous role, Selina demonstrated a systematic and business-oriented way to build HR to support the entire personnel and the development of our business. Her experience and background will help us take the employee experience to a new level and thus, I’m very happy to welcome Selina with her vast experience of leading and developing people into our Group Management team,” says Lindström’s President and CEO Juha Laurio.
Selina Justén has a long track record of leading and developing human resources. She has worked in various human resources roles of global scope both in Finland and abroad. She has an educational background in business management and economics (B.Sc. Management from the University of London) and organizational psychology (M.Soc.Sc. Social Psychology from the University of Helsinki).
