Responsibilities:
Planning, implementing and developing his/her sales performance in accordance with Lindstrom values and operational instructions by
- Responsible for new sales contacts in his own area
- Responsible to handle agreed sales projects for A and B1 customers in Business Unit
- Responsible for his/her personal sales result and effectiveness
- Making action plans and sales plans in his/her sales area
- Actively searching for customers and scheduling sales visits
- Making presentations, offers, contracts, fittings and star- up of new customer
- Co-operation within the company
- Follow-up of competitor’s actions and activities and reporting them to SM
- Reporting for the sales manager
Basic Qualification :
- Master’s degree
- Experience of 5+ years in strategic sales
- Experience of 5+ years in Key Account Management
- Experience in being member of or Leader of complex sales projects, and building new markets managing existing customer
- Experienced in executive level strategic sales and partnerships creation
- Market developing and – opening skills
- Skills to continuously expand the business with excellent solution sales skills in global business context
- Strong interaction and presentation skills, ability to sell value via service offering
- Business developer with excellent communication skills
- Excellent communication skills; motivated to persuade people of different background
