Responsibilities:
Maintaining and growing existing accounts
- Additional sales, offers and contracts for new services for defined Lindstrom Way customer segments
- Contract renewals and updates
- Customer feedback handling
- Termination prevention
- Follow-up customer profitability counting results and needed actions
- Support internal cross-function tasks
- Price Increase Initiatives with existing Customers
- Responsible for Customer delight
Basic Qualification:
- Formal education- Preferably Post Graduate
- Proven track record of high achievement in Account Management
- Solid Account Management
- Signs of commitment and growth in experience
- Knows customer profitability principles
