Nothing is as motivating as feedback from colleagues!
In September-December, we organized an internal ‘We Care’ campaign where colleagues could share emojis with each other, for example, to thank them for their positivity, responsibility or good listening skills. All at Lindstrom’s were included; people working in front of the computer shared smileys via an application built into the company intranet, and the laundry workers communicated with printed cards. The campaign brought a lot of joy to the employees with over 23,000 emojis sent between colleagues.
